Not sure…read morewhere to begin however after $2,200 + paid in full upfront my vehicle sat at their shop for 11 weeks. This was after he said he had all the parts needed. I did receive for my money excuses, 2 zip ties, more excuses, extra excuses, avoidance, non-returned phone calls. When I finally caught up to him he said my parts would be there Monday (no date) due to the storm and shipping delays. Humm. I advised him he had my vehicle before all the storms and "delays" and he told me he had all the parts but all the parts were defective. I then asked him if my vehicle was drivable he said it was. I then requested a refund of $2,000 thinking that was more than fair for wasting my time for 11 weeks. Jonathan advised he would get with his accountant and see what he had into the job. If I wasn't happy then I could take him to court since he was in the process of shutting down the business. Surprisingly no further contact and he blocked my phone calls and texts. I was more than patient with him in the beginning as I am a small business owner as well. He nothing but exploited that, lied and made excuses. I did leave out while my vehicle was in his "care" he had 2 vehicles stolen, there were 2 hurricanes and a nest of rats moved into my vehicle causing interior damage I will have to get repaired. If he is even still in business please save yourself the frustration and lies go somewhere else. And no his A+ BBB rating is not real. He is not associated with BBB. I though I did due diligence when researching. I was not prepared for this. I did take my vehicle to another auto body shop and $1,100 and 24hrs late I have my vehicle repaired. So a full waste of $2,200 and 11 weeks to a shady, lying, excuse making person who as he put it " doesn't have time to keep calling customers about their vehicles" . This is the short version and does not reflect the numerous times I tried to contact him. Its just sad to see a person have no regard for his customer when the business he was given was an upstanding reputable family business in a small town.

Recently, I took my husband's Volvo SUV in for some much needed TLC before he headed back to work. It needed a good buff, some trim pieces painted and replaced, and his back hatch fixed (as it no longer stayed open). They scheduled us at a time that was convenient for us.
