I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! I was charged extra for their error when had they done it right it wouldn't need rework. that's the whole reason for them having the parts to begin with. wasn't a change on my part and even confirmed with me he thought it would fit another way without even verifying. super pissed their error required more time from me to go back and forth, no motorcycle for more days and pay to fix their screw up. The work looks good in the end but shouldn't be billed for their screw up.

As soon as the tow dropped us off, they looked at the truck and told us the issue and told us they could get it fixed for us by the next morning. We received the call the next day at 10:30am that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. They even picked my fiancé up from the hotel to go get the truck. The mechanic told us that the owner was at the shop at 7am to work on our truck, knowing that we had the baby and were on our way home asap. I highly recommend this place! We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA!
