They did and said they would be out and gave me an estimated time. I then received a text from the technician after that explaining that they had an issue and that they would be late. Ok. So I text back and asked about how late. No response. So I called. No answer. I called PickMe back to explain what happened and they said they would call me back in about 5 minutes after they contacted the technician, and THEY never called me back!! So I called again and was told they would do a follow up and call me back, and never did. I have been waiting for hours for service! I will never Pick Them again!

No other locksmiths would even come out to look at that issue. He replaced the keypad with a high quality keypad and removed the key lock, which was the problem, assuring me that there was no reason to spend the money and possibly compromise the safe for him to replace or fix the key lock issue because the keypad was high quality and would work. Again he came to the rescue this week when I forgot the code after not opening it for a few years. Instead of wasting money for him to come out, he walked me through what to try first, which worked. I would recommend calling Timchak Safe and Lock for any safe or lock issue.

Unfortunately, one of the things that sprang out and then broke on the floor was an immobilizer chip. Because of that breaking, I now had a 4,000 lb paperweight parked in front of my house! I called Timchak on a Sunday, and not only did they call me back, they even came and saw me only 2 hours later - on a Sunday! I was up and running again in no time and at half the cost of a dealership! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Don't hesitate to call them!

Garage opener only- not a door…read more Installed correctly and works well. Technician was friendly and helpful. The estimate is where it was odd. Guy quoted my wife for a 1 horse power unit with a camera and WiFi. Estimate was $1250 for installing opener only. Also told me he would slide on a new $22 rubber seal at the bottom of the door for $100. So $1350! Their website and YouTube channel clear say that this project would require a 1/2 horse power unit. Bought a 1/2 hp at Lowe's for $200 and they installed it for $300. It took them an hour. I slid my own rubber seal on the bottom (bought on Amazon for $22) $550 vs $1350. Do your homework!
