He didn't have the key I needed in stock so he gave me a standard key set - ordered the other key that I asked for and came back two weeks later to add on the second key. When he came back I had lost the key he just made me and had found the originally lost key (I know I have to stop losing my keys!) but he reprogrammed my old key and added my new key completely free of charge. Car's battery died and I discovered that the physical key I had was not even cut. So the only way for me was to call a locksmith. After reading through some reviews found Sherlocks locksmith. the guys came within 40 minutes and lock picked the car, so there was no damage to the car at all. The price was very reasonable and a bit cheaper then what I've seen other companies ask for.
