We knew exactly what to expect throughout construction due to his diligence. The two most exciting days were the day the pool was brought over our house and lowered into place by crane and the final day of construction when the crew left our pool sparkling clean and our yard tidied up of all construction debris and raked. Brent actually stood in my son's treehouse with him to watch the pool come over! Tommy took the time to make sure that we understood exactly how to care for our pool and that we had his number if we had any questions going forward. If I could give ZERO stars, I would…read more In advance of the painting of our deck, part of the agreement was to pressure wash the deck. No one asked them to pressure wash our sliding glass door, which they did anyway, and BROKE THE SEAL ON OUR DOUBLE PANED DOOR. Now moisture gets in between the 2 panels and we have constant moisture drips and "fog". The cost to replace this double paned sliding glass door is more than the entire paint job cost us. That would be bad enough, but their paint job was SLOPPY as heck, they did not seal it beforehand as agreed upon, and did not use the textured paint as agreed upon. We paid them, and then after they left the broken door seal became apparent after the first humid day. Then we realized they broke the water spigot attached to our home, they got paint all over our siding, gutters, and there are dry paint DRIPS all down the elephant feet of our deck. It looks HORRIBLE. The least professional paint job I can possibly imagine. We could have paid 2 teens in the neighborhood a 1/4 of the price and received a more professional job. We have sent photos and called TOM the business owner , only to be ignored. STAY AWAY or monitor the job CLOSELY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WE WILL BE contacting BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Quality work: The house suffered significant water damage due to a leak from the second-floor attic air handler. Travis and his crew handled the post dry-out and demolition repair. The finished work is like an excellently completed professional work of art. Travis and his crew repaired outdoor structures damaged from hurricanes, replaced wood rot on external house trim and porch pillars, remodeled the chicken house into a playhouse for the grandchildren, and most recently painted two bedrooms.
