Keep in mind he never called or made a notification that he was behind. I Drove all the way to his shop that day in February and had no idea who I was. I did not receive notification for another few months when he TEXT me (unprofessional), basically begging me to come get my duck because I had been in the wrong and should've called to see if it was done. Thats your job. At the time he text I couldn't afford it as I had to spend the money I had set back for February 2017. He was rude through the whole process including his work and the pick up. The work looks like a shot duck pasted lazily on a hanging log which I didn't ask for (he clearly forgot). I have the receipt to confirm it was supposed to be able to stand on a table. Not hang on the wall. Vegetation is very poorly added. The wiring through the ducks foot is shoddy work at best. The whole project is very unprofessional. A memory was ruined. My banded bird looks exactly the way it was laying in the creek, lifeless and shot up. I hope everyone reads this takes this seriously. This man RUINED A memory of my first banded bird. I don't care about the money. I will be taking it to another PROFESSIONAL taxidermist to see if they can fix this awful mistake. Never set foot in this guy's shop.

Prices have been in the upper mid range area and return time has been in the 12-14 month range but the quality is second to none.

I sent explicit instructions where it was reiterated 3 times that the top arm of my cat should be bent at the elbow and tucked in close to the body, paw under chin. I provided 4 pictures all with the arm close to the body. They put my cat in a weird position with her arm sticking straight out at an awkward angle far away from the body. I showed them how this is different than the instructions I clearly sent. Customer Service did not do anything to correct it or even offer a partial refund. I paid more than $4.5K for VIP service which is supposed to be done in 2 months. They took 3 months, which I wouldn't have minded if they followed the instructions, but then to have my cat frozen in an awkward position which is the opposite of what I requested plus a month late and no compensation for their mistake is heartbreaking. This mistake can't be undone. If you use this service, stick to a specific option pose and hopefully they will get it right. Don't give them position instructions because they don't follow them. :(

Burial or cremation felt inadequate to properly honor all of her precious memories, dedication, loyalty, and unconditional love she provided me for nearly 17 years. I contacted Animal Family Pet Preservation and spoke to Kate. She was kind, patient, and reassuring. She explained all of the options and processes. Sadly, less than a month later I lost my second feline companion Lonna unexpectedly. I had her for over 14 years from the time she was a kitten. Kate was exceptionally generous with her time and communications with me through phone calls, text messages, and email explaining the process for shipping two beloved companions. I elected for the VIP service, as I wanted my precious felines back home with me as quickly as possible. Kate followed up with me several times throughout the process. The additional automated texts regarding their progress were an additional bonus and greatly appreciated, relieving me of a great deal of stress. I received both of my precious girls back in under three months! The poses were perfect and life like, allowing me to remember them and honor both in the manner I had originally desired. Kate's professionalism and timely communications were exceptional. A big thank you to the entire Animal Family Pet Preservation staff that personally worked on my loyal girls!
