Mark's employees were professional, courteous and enjoyable to have around our home. As with all construction jobs, there were unforeseen conditions that increased the initial cost of the project. The added cost was reasonable. The job was done on time. Shortly after the job completion there was a rainstorm and we had leaks coming from a skylight. Mark came down immediately and covered the skylight with a tarp to prevent any further damage. He felt that the damage was the fault of his employees and installed another skylight free of charge. The estimate was on my porch when I got home and was very reasonable; especially compared to the prices I've previously paid to companies who did horrible, sloppy work and didn't even clean out the gutters thoroughly to boot. When I returned from work that day my driveway was immaculate......the entire length swept perfectly clean (it wasn't that clean when I left for work that morning!!) The perimeter of the house was spotless and of course all the gutters and downspouts were clear of a lot of debris. Honestly, in the 14 years I've owned my home no one, not a single contractor, has worked as quickly, competently and cleaned up as thoroughly as this man. I would say he left the place as clean as when he arrived, but he didn't....he left it in better shape.
