Hot water heater broke. Water everywhere. In a panic I call this company. Reviews are few, but positive, so I felt ok. They show up with one (broken) sump pump and no hose. Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro! read more

I rarely submit reviews but I feel the need to comment on this company. I can't respond on how I like this company because we did not hire them. I got 3 estimates to remove mold in our attic. One was $1,875 the second was $1,683 and NE Remediation Services was over $8000 ! Somethings wrong there for sure ! The woman that came really did not seem knowledgeable. There was no explanation of what they were going to do or how . She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. For a $6,000 difference I would definately not recommend them. read more

I can't say enough positives about NERS. They literally saved my physical and emotional health. When spray foam insulation was incorrectly installed in a 20 ft. long attic crawlspace the odor was overpowering. We had to block off our third floor with plastic and we were unable to use our exercise room there. Then came NERS. The owners are wonderful and they did an amazing job spraying dry ice on the insulation. When they were done there wasn't a speck of spray foam in that crawl space and the odor was gone!! They are a godsend and I encourage anyone with a spray foam disaster to call them !! My address, by the way is listed as San Francisco, Ca. That's an error. I would recommend NERS for all your water/mold mics needs. Not only are they fast , friendly, professional, there prices are great . We had water issues that caused mold in our bathroom and they were out within a week for an estimate, and we were put on the schedule as soon as we made the decision to have them do the work for us ! read more
