Tom Grave, the owner, was…read moreextremely unresponsive--I called the office at least six times and only received one call back. Communication with HIM was poor throughout the entire process. The Staff at this location, Cindy, Amy Shaun have been GREAT at taking my messages and delivering them to Tom. Tom just doesn't think much of his customers to actually call them back. Even worse, my signage was delivered 45 days later than promised, and only after I repeatedly pushed for completion. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and certainly no offer to make things right. For a business that should understand the importance of timelines and customer service, this was unacceptable. This office used to be owned and run by Michael Sepinuck. He sold to Tom and the quality, and integrity of this business fell precipitously as a result... Due to Tom. If you look at their website, you will see Miachel listed with a picture, but you will NOT see a bio or picture of Tom Grave. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Willie J. Sanders, Jr.
