We got our first solar array from NE Solar Electric over 20 years ago. When I called in 2014 to upgrade our system, Steve still had the details of our original system, and was able to advise us on what we could still use from it. This year, when we wanted to put a new panel together with a similar, but not identical one that we bought two years ago, Steve custom-drilled holes in a dual mount based upon the panel specifications, and wrote up detailed instructions for their assembly.
