The company told us that the $2,500 would cover any treatments needed for the next year. After the second treatment was done 3 months later we noticed signs of bed bugs we contacted the guy who came out to service our house. The tech told us that he no longer worked for the company because k&A was scamming his costumers. We immediately thought that this was a life from a disgruntled employee and called the owner. We were hung up on multiple times and then our number was block because we were asking for a 3rd treatment which was standard if the bug problem came back within a year. And in our contract. The guy sent out to do our treatment stated he went out on his own because the owner was a "bad man" and this was a common practice for him to take money from costumers and not finish treatments.
