On top of having my wall-to-wall carpet cleaned, they also cleaned an area rug for me.....a WOOL area rug that was quite expensive. When they took it in for cleaning, it was lying flat on my dining room floor. They assured me they know how to properly clean a wool rug. I've had it back now and on the floor for over a month, and it will NOT LIE FLAT. On closer inspection, it appears errors were made in the cleaning process and the rug shrank in such a fashion that instead of lying flat on the floor, it's wavy and ripples up. Not properly cleaned, after all. Worse than that, it's now unsafe to keep on the floor. So it seems the $320 carpet job they only charged me $686 for ended up costing me another $2000. Thanks, Morris Carpet Cleaning. You've taught me an expensive lesson.

I don't know what our prior cleaners did, but it wasn't the cleaning that we've come to appreciate from Crissie's. We have a busy household with two children and two full-time working adults, and as much as I try to keep up with keeping the house relatively organized and clean, I simply cannot do it on my own. And so we've chosen to hire cleaning services, but none have been as amazing as Crissie's. There have been times when I've run out of time to put more things away so they can access and clean all of the spaces, but when I come home, they've neatly organized those items out of the way and thoroughly cleaned the space anyway. They polish all of our tables and dressers and countertops every time, and even cleaned the kitty tree when something unpleasant was left there--an over-and-above service I hadn't expected but was delighted to receive.
