We accepted the offer and her team came out early the following week committed to completing the job before my deadline. The team did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the construction of the three gates I called for. Two side gates were especially attractive, and a double 10 foot gate in the back was very well constructed with 8 inch square pressure treated posts and a steel frame supporting the structure. We set up an appointment time and I arranged to be home during the afternoon to meet him, but 5 minutes before the appointment time he called and said "Sorry, we don't provide refinishing services anymore". I'm giving them one star for responding to my Yelp project and one star for at least letting me know that they weren't going to come and saving me a lot of headaches later when they probably would have quoted the job but then not completed it. From all the reviews it sounds like if you can get them to your house for a simple fence, they may be good, but unfortunately more times than not they cancel or don't show up.
