Because the whole yard was paved, it would hold water, and a layer of nasty algae grew everywhere. It was a mess! But the rest of the house had "surprises" too, so we didn't want to spend tons of money to take out and replace the whole yard. Brian came up with an economical AND beautiful solution that would work with our sandy soil--a series of cut outs filled with rock and a dry well. His attention to detail was what sold us. He could've put the dry well anywhere, but he placed it in a functional and aesthetically-pleasing spot and even cut it so our large table's legs would fit perfectly on top. Then, he pressure washed the moss/algae from EVERYWHERE in the yard, going so far as lifting each gazebo leg to clean underneath. When he had leftover river rock, he went out of his way and found the icky/blah spots in our yard that could use some TLC to put them. We're already going to have him out to expand our driveway, and would recommend him for anyone who needed concrete work in a heartbeat.
