No customer service skills, unprofessional disrespectful overpriced and unreliable. I hired them to remove some bushes and they changed significantly due to the fact that they were older bushes and they had lots of roots according to Crisanto, when I check the job there were still significantly lots of roots left and I asked him to remove them, he came back to the job upset and disrespectful to me and sort of took the rest of the roots out. At night that day I notice that there was a big puddle of water where they had removed the bushes and noticed that they broke a sprinkler line. I called Crisanto and he promised to go the next day and then the next the same, it has been an exact week and he has not responded my calls. It's sad that some people just work for money and not quality work. He seemed to be a reliable person and his wife's friend referred them to me. Professional, timely, and high quality work. I contacted Cris about one of my external landscaping pipes that had suffered from root damage from our city tree. He came by quickly to give me a layout of his plan, the time it would take to complete, and the price. Very reasonable pricing. His crew came by early and completed the job (removing bushes, digging, placing the new line, and even replacing the bushes!). Everything was done in about 5 hours and they even re-tested my sprinklers to make sure they repaired any lines they hit. All repairs were done super timely and the crew he sent out were great guys who were very professional and respectful. During the next rainfall, I noticed everything was draining smoothly! We contacted Chris about 2 months ago. When he came to the house, we clearly explained we want someone to trim the plants, weed the flowerbeds and general yard maintenance. Jose came and did the initial yard clean up. He talked with my husband and said I can have the rose bushes grow onto the fence and my husband responded that is exactly what my wife wants. The first maintenance day, a kid and a lady show up.my husband told the kid about the conversation with Jose and the kid said I dont do that, that's my uncle. The next time it was the kid and the lady again so we text Chris and asked for clarification on what our service was to be. No clarification was given. We had one time where the guy didn't show at all and then Chris came and did the lawn and then the guy shows up and unlocks our gate at 9:11 and locks the gate and leaves at 9:17. I texted chris and asked how could anyone trim the plants, weed the flowerbeds and do general maintenance in less than 6 minutes And we paid 75 bux for that. Absolutely no response They were supposed to maintenance last Saturday. No snow no contact. I text and asked. No response. Today I text and said your services are no longer needed and please mail our key back. We got a response in less than 5 minutes saying ok. After going to all the things we needed done they were very easy to accommodate what we needed. Their prices were very reasonable considering all the work we needed done. from clearing out weeds, removing a shed and debri, removing several trees, laying fresh sod in the front and backyard, installing a sprinkler system for the front and back, and even in removing old cement and laying cement around the perimeter of the home and the slab for a new shed. They even do fence work so I was able to have a fence for my dogs. My home looks so much better thanks to them. They were prompt and did awesome work. they didn't even mind when my young son wanted to "help" them. They even have connections with other needs you may need such as plumbing or electrical work.
