Communication with Mickey and his office was prompt and friendly: in going over the proposal, scheduling the work, and throughout the full day the work was completed. When I was having difficulty choosing a shingle color that would complement the grays and browns in my weathered shake siding, Mickey put me in touch with his local shingles supplier, calling ahead so they expected me. And when they saw photos of my house, they suggested a color I hadn't been considering. Turned out it was the perfect match for my house, and it looks amazing. (It also turned out to be the only color they didn't have in stock locally, and Mickey then drove down to New Hampshire himself to secure the necessary bundles on short notice.) My house is old, and there were a couple of unforeseen issues once demo was underway, but Mickey was proactive and creative in addressing them. Mickey's crew were top-notch pros, did beautiful, careful work, and left my yard spotless. As great as the end-product was, the best part was the overall vibe: that Rose Roofing took great pride in their work, and were treating my home as if it were their own.
