They sent a new team of 3 (allegedly) out for 2 hours at 5:15 and miraculously they got the rest done... No idea what the first person who went out was doing for 7 hours. Lots of things still got missed, and a blind was broken when I went back in the morning to inspect the cleaning. Would NOT recommend this company - there's a reason their rates are less than what you'll find.

Based in part on Owen Corning web page and in part on Yelp reviews I contacted Marsters Roofing. Marsters Roofing responded within an hour, and arranged to come within 2 days. Ephraim showed up on time and inspected the roof with ladder and drone. He replaced the damaged shingle we were aware of and replaced another damaged one that he found in different place on our roof. Now our roof is fixed and with the drone inspection we know there are no problems hidden in areas that we can't see. The cost for the repair seemed quite reasonable, especially considering that they did not install the roof to begin with.
