After missing the first appointment without notice, he then told the lender and title company that he would come out later that evening. We waited another three hours -- and again, he never showed. He completely stopped responding. Phone calls go unanswered and his voicemail is full. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for something as time-sensitive and important as real estate closing documents. When people take off work and rearrange their schedules based on a confirmed appointment, reliability and communication are the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
