I had incredible experience with Adam an his team. Adam is very knowledgeable, reasonable in pricing, willing to satisfy the customer, using the best products available on the market. Job was finished as promised, even more soon as I expected. Adam was very responsive with all my questions and his own updates and follow-ups. He did a great job replacing my windows and bath enclosure. And he returned next day to install back the uninstalled at the time of the job the bathtub sliding doors, because there have to be 24 hours period passed before chemicals are completely dried out. I walked into the shop, I did notice someone in the office but no one came out to check on me even after I rang the bell a couple times nor when I called out to see if anyone was there. My driver's door window got chipped and cracked on the road in Austin, where I lived. The glass place here in San Antonio, with whom I had originally scheduled the replacement, ordered new glass and I had to wait a few days--then, the night before my install was scheduled, they either dropped it or had never checked the shipment to see if it was in one piece to begin with. My rep called that evening, left a carefree message that said "You won't believe this. Please don't come in, the glass broke!" and promptly left for the night... and even though I left messages in return, as of the date of this review, I still hadn't heard from her. At the time, I was days away from a move out of San Antonio, and couldn't reschedule my appointment. But I was scared to move the car across the country with broken glass. There was just one shot left... I has already planned to be San Antonio in for my last weekend after that ill-fated install, so I decided to try my luck and contact glass places in San Antonio while I was on the road from Austin that morning. Every place had the same answer: "We don't have that glass in stock, it will take a few days." Then I found Infinity Glass Company here on Yelp. Erik contacted me and said, "Sure, we can do that today!" We made an appointment for two hours from the time of the call. Two hours! When I rolled up, Adam greeted me in the parking lot and said, "let's see what we can do." About an hour later, Adam drove the car back around with brand new glass in the window. Please beware, although an effort is made by some employees to be helpful and professional, several others (who do measuring and installing) had absolutely no idea what they were doing and seemingly, no interest in learning. The installation was completely botched and had to be redone, which of course caused more wear and tear on the frame. I tried to reach out to the manager/owner, but once I had paid the final invoice, he had no interest in getting back to me. Broke window on a Sunday. Called Infinity glass, and they responded quickly. Came out Monday to get specs and estimate. Adam said at this time he would be able to repair that Wednesday or Thursday. Monday the office called and asked for payment (before job done) which I had never done. She said it was because it was a special order. While waiting around these two days we had called for updates after 3pm. The person told us that it would be the next day on Wednesday and the same on Thursday. On Friday, we called Adam, and he said he would be by between 5:30p-6:30p. Then, at 7pm, the woman from company said that the crew was at a job that would take longer and asked if they could come Monday. I stated that would not work out considering we were available the last three days expecting them to come. She said the (other) delay was "weather in Austin that delayed the delivery of the glass". She said Adam will call me to discuss reimbursement. At this point I had no choice. Some cold weather, and rain expected for the weekend. Adam called and said he would arrive between 815-830pm. He called at 845pm saying he would arrive in 25min. I had texted him to please knock and not use doorbell related to kids being asleep. At 920pm the doorbell rang. They were here! Thanks for the doorbell. Adam and the other man went right to work. I must say they were very polite. After removing the broken glass they had accidentally discarded a necessary piece in my trash can. The other man dumped out the trash and glass on my back porch. I had to later vacuum the shards of glass left after at night. I have small children that play in the yard/porch. It seems the window was placed correctly. No instruction given if I can open immediately. It smells like a glue substance in the living room so we will refrain from testing for a day or two. Truly, the disappointment was communication (us having to call them). The rude person (woman) on the phone. Most importantly the guaranty that it would be done 1-2 days before (mentioned numerous times). Also the quote was increased by $38.00 within thirty minutes of the quote given initially. I had mentioned this company to a friend at work who needed windows replaced. I will quickly update them, and recommend looking elsewhere. read more

My car windows were recently broken in a hail storm on Wednesday. I called infinity and asked them for windshield and rear glass replacement and they said they would have my glass in stock and would be able to call me back on Friday with an appointment time and repair it Saturday. They called me back Thursday and said they had my order of rear glass in there shop. I asked them what about my windshield, The girl said i didn't order one (which i did). That same phone call took place 2 more times, each time I tell them I need front and back and each time I am assured it will be fixed on Saturday. I call them back Friday night and the woman is obviously on the phone driving her car, i ask her if my order is in and she starts telling me how they're repairing home window glass (which has nothing to do with me) and she says "well we didn't get any auto glass in of any type". I call them back again this morning (Saturday) and she says they have no record of me or my order. If they couldn't fulfill my order then why bother taking my business. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for an actual reputable company to fix my glass. TL;DR If you want to waste your time and not get anything out of it call these guys. read more

I own a restaurant in Boerne and had to have commercial window front removed to get a large new baking oven inside. We thought we could handle the job ourselves. Then halfway through the day , we realized we were in over our heads. I really didn't want to leave a new oven outdoors overnight and I looked on google and found Infinity glass. Called and the owner could hear the desperation in my voice and went out of his way to come all the way out to Boerne w his crew and still keep a mid day appt in SA. While they were away I was able to bring oven on in and then as promised, they came back later that afternoon and put all the metal and glass front back the way it was! Problem solved and they did all their work with a smile and really strong sense of professionalism . Haven't had such a good experience with commercial anything in a long time. So needless to say, I would pick this glass company again and again and highly recommend them. read more
