For example, I bought a pair of pink I Love NY pajama pants for $19.99 in size small. It was the last one. I needed a medium but they didn't have one. I ended up getting it for myself and figured I'd find a size medium in another souvenir shop. Well, I did but the same pair of PJ pants was $29.99! So I can confirm the prices at this store is cheaper (at least for PJ pants). I also ended up getting a lighter for my brother in law last minute and all the lighters by the register were just meh. I bought a lame one anyways. And then just as we left the store, they had all these other cooler lighters in the window on display. Too bad none of those were actually out on the shelves.

The kind and helpful older gentleman behind the cash register was extremely helpful and was looking around the store for other Childs Play themed items for me, even though I didn't ask! Lots of collectibles, Hallmark cards, candy, and just about everything else. There are 2 other people there helping, and they were nice enough. If you use your card, there will be a fee, so bring cash if you want to avoid that. Otherwise, come here and have a great time browsing!

A broad range of Melissa & Doug items make for solid children's gifts on the classy side. (Recently, I bought a spin art set for a niece that reminded me of my favorite Times Square attraction when it was exciting, forbidden and a little dangerous. I wish I could see her parents' faces when she squirts paint on a spinning palette in the middle of their living room.) But the store also carries a line of kitschy magic items and gag gifts (think: fart-flavored chewing gum) that will amuse the kid in all of us. Their card selection is also extensive and seems to have much more personality than the average chain retailer or drugstore. By far, the coolest things I saw in the last couple of visits were the real, live, tiny frogs for sale on the front counter. Maybe the size of a grape, these amphibians were lively, cute and fascinating to watch. If our kids were older and were past the point where they might consider them a tasty snack, I would've bought them right away ... but I'm not sure if the frogs would be for me, or for them. They gave a discount since private event so that was a bonus and a deal. They were very nice and gave out a gift bag filled with a hand lotion as well as nail polish. They had testers for most of the items so it was nice to try. They even had a free whiskey tasting by a woman owned whiskey brand.

It seems feels is a carefully curated vintage shop with accessories, vinyl and natural products (soaps, incense, etc.) available for purchase. The prices were higher than expected, but on par with Williamsburg and Chelsea vintage shops. If fancy thrifting is your jam, go by and check them out.

They're usually open until 8pm so if you needed a gift or some other item quick, they'd be easy enough to get to after a regular work schedule if you live in or are visiting the area. All of the sales team that work there are super friendly and can assist you if you're looking for something in particular.
