The ambience and vibe of the place gives you a great sense of feeling and relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and the staff is great and professional. My go to. Pricey? I'm ashamed to say but this was one of my first times at a black owned nail salon. I will never go…read moreback to one of those chop shops again. I'll admit, I wasn't too sure when I walked in because the customer service wasn't there. However, once I sat down, both ladies that were there were nice and engaging. It was a very pleasant appointment. Kee did my nails and did a great job. I've had my nails for 2 weeks and they look like I just got them done. The prices were great too. My only complaint is that the website and the door say that walk in's were welcomed but on a weekday afternoon there were only 2 nail techs and they both had clients. I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.
