We love BB&T most…read more Whether it's the Hillcrest Branch (which we use most) the Dauphin Street branch which is closest to our main office, or the branch in Theodore, the staff is courteous, professional and they know us by name. They don't allow any problems to linger, they'll get on top of matters right away and will call with solutions. We had an employee steal blank checks out the back of a checkbook once. BB&T knew something was wrong, called us quickly and we were able to get in front of it.

I got refered to this bank by another customer and opened an account with…read more$50 and was supposed to get a $50 new customer bonus after 3 months and never got the bonus and they took my $50 and charged me $7.50 a month for inactivity until the account was empty. This bank sucks, I was never told about inactive account charges when I opened it.. It cost me $50 to know to never do business with them again.. probably why there's never anyone in there.... and the charge $8 to cash a check for anyone who doesnt ha e an account there..

At first I was dealing with Jennifer trying to get a declarations page updated, and not only did she talk over me, cut me off and talk in a belittling tone but she actually yelled at me. after a few rude back and forth e mails I decided to try to call and speak with someone else. when I called another woman answered the phone, I didn't catch her name but I was relieved it was not Jennifer.
