I purchased a used car from a local…read moredealer who did an alright job cleaning it, but I made an appointment here for a "complete" service for $240, the outside was alright, it lacked some simple attention to detail in the grill area and door jams, but hey it's a car, and it won't be perfect forever. The inside however, was so bad it should be considered fraud for what I was charged. I think someone put some armor all on the dashboard and called it done. There was not even basic vacuuming done or obvious dirty wiped. They were understanding at first and offered me $120 refund which was fine because it covered the inside work that wasn't done and it's a lesson learned. It went from bad to worse when I went to get the refund. Partially my fault, I said I'd come in after my last meeting at 4pm but when I arrived at 4:50pm the manager was gone and nothing could be done for me. After I left and followed up the next morning the manager told me the owner said no refund and to give me a hand written $50 off note to use in the future. I ask if the owner would please call and they never did. Now I can't even reach the place by phone. This was my favorite regular car wash for the last 4 years but now sadly I will have to find somewhere else. Don't waste your money on their detail and look up "Integrity Detail" in Waukesha. It costs more but at least it will get done 100%.

Very p'd off customer!!!! Called to address my concerns and was in the middle of leaving a voicemail and it's like they picked up while I was leaving a message and hung up. Tried to call back on multiple phones and now I can't get though at all! So now I have to drive back 20 minutes from my house and show up and show what a horrible job they did?

The line of cars can get lengthy so sometimes the wait can be long. I know they aren't making any money providing this service, and with fewer places doing this senseless state-mandated testing, I'm thankful that Hartland Service still does.

I stop at Oconomowoc on Brown Street and filled up a Honda Fit, $35.75. that was about 1:30 Sunday, July 12. At 6 pm July 12 I just wanted to check my bank account. It had the $35.75 and it also had$125.00 charge pending at Kwik Trip. I drove back to that Kwik Trip and they told me they do that , the manager at the time did not know why but if it does not come off to stop back down??? Why do they put a $125. 00 charge on your card ? if they do that to everybody, they make a lot of money just hold that money overnight. I heard from several people that I know that work at Kwik trip that said since dad retired the son took over and is making changes to the business that just load up his pocketbook and this is obviously one of them , putting $125.00 charge on your debit card for a $35.75 dollar charge. I hope the dad reads this , I am also contacting the BBB and my Congressman because this does not seem to be ok!!!!!

They put my spare on and told me they would pay for fixing the tire and to get it fixed and bring back the bill and they would take care of it. I brought back the bill and the manager contacted me and asked if I would be o.k. getting just half of the bill reimbursed. I told her no since it was their employee that broke is so they I expect them paying the whole bill. She then said that they have to open an investigation. This happened at the end of April and I have yet to hear back from her. I am beyond angry about this. I know the young man who broke it was sorry about it but sorry doesn't pay me my money back. Needless to say, I will never use this place again and I will make sure nobody else I know will go there.

After having several poor experiences at another local oil change store, I felt almost resigned…read morethat an oil change was just another miserable chore Id be forced to participate in and constantly feel shamed for having a more difficult vehicle on which to work. However, my experience at Super-Lube changed that. All three employees with whom I had contact were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and happy during my time. I will absolutely patronize in the future. Thank you for taking an unpleasant chore into a pleasant experience!
