I normally go to Jilly's for a car wash maybe once a month in the colder months. Love the air freshener and the after wash vacuum and cleaning set up. The other day I went for a wash like many on one of the first warmer days we have had and even upgraded my wash and did not get a good wash! Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone. read more

Efficient and mostly effective car wash offering convenient service and swift cleaning. The location is easy to access and next to or part of a gas station so you can accomplish more than one errand. While it's typically a quick in and out with attentive staff and function, I'd grade it a 4 our if 5 with a slight reduction due to cost and, at times, my car is not quite fully squeaky clean. I also think their pricing is designed in a way to push folks to sign up for a membership to get the better or higher-tier car washes. Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare. read more

I paid for the extra car washes per month on a plan and him noticed a couple of things when my car gets washed because unfortunately it's rained three times after my car gets washed LOL. The biggest issue is I have are with the wax and the one time I upgraded for about $7 above my membership cost to the so-called ceramic protection. Unfortunately all the times it has rained after I got the car wash the next day I see very little beating up water on my car which even going through a car wash at a gas station. I seem to get better wax coverage and the biggest disappointment was when I upgraded for that $7 on top of my monthly is I saw zero difference in the wax versus ceramic etc. My advice is do not upgrade because it isn't worth it and I suggested jilly's come up with a better overall wax read more

Why ask if I want an underbody flush when it's already included in everything above basic? Kind of confusing and can trick people into paying extra for no reason. Went here twice for the Almost Everything. I was skeptical the first time when I didn't hear the water spraying underneath my car. Came a second time with my engine splash shield off to clean some salt off, again I didn't hear any water spraying underneath. Got home and got my car up on a ramp and surely enough, it was dry underneath. I'm paying extra for something I don't even get. I'm glad I didn't do the unlimited plan. read more

I recently bought a beat up Chevy s10 that needed a very good deep clean and a friend recommended I take it to get detailed. Jilly's "cleaned" it for me with their premium interior detail service that cost around $250. I was very unhappy with the results. My wife and I had to reclean the car and were able to do so in minutes with a paper towel, some water and dish soap. it is ridiculous that I was able to get it looking better with basic materials after paying the better part of $300 for a deep clean. Furthermore, I asked for a refund and showed/explained why and all they offered was to "fix" what they missed. I am very unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I bought their ultimate detail package since this is a summer only car here in Wisconsin. Figured if i'm going to pay for the service, may as well get the full package. Well I couldn't have been more disappointed. They obviously don't know the difference between a wash and a detail. I feel like at best I got a vacuum and they ran it thru their cash wash twice. Not even sure they ran it thru twice. But detail is just that, get all the little details. They didn't get the corners of the trunk wiped down, the passenger door pull area, dirty, leaves under the hood still, door jambs still dirty, chrome door pull not cleaned. Worst money I ever spent and definitely can't recommend their services. Worst thing is I gave the detailer a $20 tip to boot before inspecting the work. read more

Jillys is not just a car wash, its a whole mood! Everytime I need a fresh perspective or need to feel good in my car, Jillys is the place I go. I have used them for detailing as well and boy! do they do a great job at removing all the dirt and grime from the inside of the car. I have a short hair dog and no matter that mess I bring to them, they help make my car squeaky clean with the best smelling car interiors. Everytime I go for a weekend adventure, I go to get their $15 car wash which gives me two awesome car washes in 72 hours. So after all the miles of dirt my car goes through on my weekend trips, I come back to get it washed a second time to get it ready for the week. Highly recommended! read more

Finally an amazing car wash solution! In less time than I would wait in line for the nearest full service wash, I was in and out and had an incredible exterior wash with all the trimmings ( spot free rinse, dry etc) through this economical drive through car wash. The vacuums are free to use with a wash and I found them to be really powerful so they cleaned my SUV front to back really quickly. The real gem was for approximately the price of a "gas station drive through" you also got free use of window cleaner, a towel etc. My car looks great and actually I think I prefer to do the interior myself as it hardly took time and I knew the spots that needed it the most! We were also greeted at the front by a SUPER friendly attendant (in fact-- I noted that all of the employees looked happy and friendly at work!) who offered us an air freshener and dashboard dressing cloth too. The monthly subscription is the way to go. My much loved car will now be pampered to twice a week "spa visits". Highly recommend! read more

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they had a tree sap cleaner for the exterior car. She suggested I go through the wash, I kindly said no it's a special cleaner. She proceeded to very rudely say "we'll we don't have it." And hung up on me. Take your services else where where you are respected and not treated like garbage for asking a question. I've been a customer for a long time too. Won't be back. You're only as good as your employees. read more

Busy day at Jillys Brookfield. The line of cars went out into the street causing traffic backups yet their staff caused more delays by trying to sell their car wash deals to customers as they waited in line. This was extremely inconsiderate to make the rest of us wait while they pushed their sales to customers. I confronted one of these sales girls about it as I was waiting for an excessive amount of time. She was rude and nasty and told me I should leave. Horrible person. When I finally got up to the pay station another attendant apologized to me for her behavior. I'm considering dropping my monthly car wash plan and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Don't take your car to the Brookfield location if you have bugs on it.I wasted 30 bucks on 2 cars and the bugs were the same as when I went in.I even told the guy at the beginning of the wash I needed to get the bugs off.No go! I do not recommend this place.It was much better when it was a Citgo and they hand dried the car.Never mind all the pretty colorful lights and do a better job of washing the car! Mike B. What a fantastic job Jilly's did on my car. you would never know that my car was covered in dog hair. it came out spotless! they couldn't get me in for a couple weeks, then called and said they had a cancellation. Ok, let's start with all the positives. You get a 48 hr rain re wash guarantee, the free vacuums are awesome (even have a air blaster to get dirt out of those tiny hard to reach places), you get to use two towels and bottles of glass cleaner and armor all! Very nice. They could have more stalls on busy days. I have been there twice and both times had to go through a second time because there was visible dirt left on my car. Both times there were nice about it. It's hard to hear the kids that work the front. I can't tell if they want me to stop go forward or what. It's loud in there and I have my windows up... you need to speak up sonny. lol I guess I like the concept more then the actual wash. If the guys would do a better job in the beginning with scrubbing, I might not have to rewash every time. Oh and I spent the extra $3 for a special wheel cleaner. Still dirty. I appreciate the towels, window spray and carpet spray offered. You do need to go inside and get it because people steal it if it's left outside. They do a pretty good wash before your car goes through the wash. It really makes it easier than doing it all at home! read more

This is regarding the detail center. I bought the top of the line detail package for $280.00 with a $20.00 tip which I gave before anyone started any work thinking that they would do a better job. Was going to give another 20 but job seemed half done. The door jambs were never touched, the interior ceiling was never cleaned. I had to do spot cleaning through the whole interior. You get a very nice wash and the use of the vacuums is really handy. But I must say that by raising their prices they are getting pretty pricey for just a basic wash. The express wash, tax included, used to be $8.41. Now it's $9.41. I'll make the trip out to Woodman's for a basic wash for $4.00 bucks. read more

What a great value! I did the top option for single wash and my car looked great plus the attendant was super helpful and washed my mats for free. They have vacuums, cleaning supplies and fresh soft towels available for free as well. I've never been to a car wash that offers all of this. Very nice! I had heard good things about Jilly's, but came away disappointed. The guys with the scrub brushes as the first step is a nice touch, but they don't pay much attention to getting the tough spots and I came out of the car wash with many dirty spots. Waiting for a vacuum after the was is chaos - no organized system or line - and you'd think they could remove the snow blocking one of the vacuum stations to handle the busy days. No window spray available by the towel supply - only by the vacuums, so if you're not willing to wait 20 minutes for a vacuum, forget washing your windows either. read more
