My appointment was with Corrina and she was awesome! She is the first hair stylist I have been to in a LONG time that was willing to help with deciding what to do with your hair. I have actually been to other salons where I have gone in and told the hair dresser I did not know exactly what I wanted to do and she said "Well your going to have to tell me something." So it was so refreshing to have someone willing to take the time to help plan your hair cut. She also took the time to explain to me what difference between a dry cut and and shampoo and cut would make for the style. I went with a dry cut and she actually got my bangs right! I've actually been searching for 2 years for someone to do my bangs right! I was so happy with the results. And she also gave a me a cute bottle of scented hand lotion to take with me. It was a great experience. This is a great salon. If you want someone who will take the time to help you make sure you have the haircut you want this is the place to go!

Businesses are quick to say there is a fee or you can't cancel within a certain amount of time, understandably because it wastes their time. Well, this wasted my time also. I usually give tons of grace with negative experiences at businesses because customer service is a hard industry but a text or email if not a call would have been appreciated.
