I LOVED this hair salon. I went here to get my hair styled for graduation and I'm so glad I did. When I walked in the owner offered me something to drink. My appointment was with Corrina and she was awesome! She is the first hair stylist I have been to in a LONG time that was willing to help with deciding what to do with your hair. I have actually been to other salons where I have gone in and told the hair dresser I did not know exactly what I wanted to do and she said "Well your going to have to tell me something." So it was so refreshing to have someone willing to take the time to help plan your hair cut. She also took the time to explain to me what difference between a dry cut and and shampoo and cut would make for the style. I went with a dry cut and she actually got my bangs right! I've actually been searching for 2 years for someone to do my bangs right! I was so happy with the results. And she also gave a me a cute bottle of scented hand lotion to take with me. My daughter and I scheduled appointments for 3:45pm and 4:15pm. We got done running errands early so we went and sat in the parking lot. Got there at 2:15pm and sat there until 4:15pm...no one showed. Didn't get a text, call, nothing. The Open sign was turned on but the door was locked. Knocked on the door several different times, nothing. I won't be returning. Businesses are quick to say there is a fee or you can't cancel within a certain amount of time, understandably because it wastes their time. Well, this wasted my time also. I usually give tons of grace with negative experiences at businesses because customer service is a hard industry but a text or email if not a call would have been appreciated. read more

Can honestly say I have never had the shitty experience that I had at this salon and it was wirh BRYANN VASQUEZ..at any point in my life and I'm 43. From the get go, the girl was a disgrace to stylists. To start-SHE changed my appt day and time..then when I got there for my appt..she kept making it known to me -looking at her watch and telling me how long steps were going to be. Who does that? Next-I asked for super dark brown or black color which I made clear ...she NEVER showed me what color swatch she was using..dyed my hair, washed it out, wrapped me up and sent me back to the chair for the cut, undid the towel and I found my hair FKN ORANGE! Orange! And she tried to claim my hair reacted weird. Never in my life has my hair "reacted weird " to make it orange when it was supposed to be darkest brown/black. I thought it was a pretty simple request. I was like wtf, because for one she knew this at the bowl and never said anything-like I wasn't going to notice . Then when I asked what this was..she said she could put darker on top of it but it's take another hour . I'm sorry-but I'm not leaving the mofo chair until it's fixed-I don't care that it's another hour on your Friday-you fkd it up. So she gave attitude and mixed more-did it half assed by not letting it set long enough and rinsed it through the ends which was NOT enough and we both knew it but at this point I just wanted out of there! She didn't even mix enough to put it throughout everything she put the orange on..and actually said "well this was all of it cuz I used all I mixed." She wasn't even gonna mix more!!!!!! My hair color is absolute shit and she did a quick cut after I told her I wanted the layers cut off-and she told me I didn't have any-which I knew I did!!! Then after the fact she said-"oh...you do have layers" ...geezus Christ. I'm not even a stylist and I could've done a better job than this chick claiming five years. She obviously is more concerned with her "personal" life and the time work takes away from it to where she doesn't care if she screws up people's hair. Even had some guy show up towards the end ha find out wirh her while she finished fkn up my hair-and funny how she was all sweet and flirty when he showed up. Just absolute TRASH of a chick. Literally had zero remorse and still charged the same amount. I will NEVER be back and am definitely spreading the word about this girl. If she wanted to be known...im def making her famous! A one color dye and simple trim to remove layers isn't even a difficult task. My main issue is her demeanor and how she treated my entire appt like it was an inconvenience for her when SHE changed my appt to that date and time! This place is great! It's a small salon and they take the time to get to know you and have good conversations while you're in the chair. I get my hair done by Kaci and she is amazing!!! She's extremely experienced and really knows what she's doing. And she's so fun to talk to while you're there!! The shop does sales on products every now and then. Frederic has been cutting my hair for almost 25 years - he's the bomb - end of story. Everyone asks where do you get your hair done?!? It's so pretty! Hot Tops! I love the ladies in his shop as well. Corrina also does a great job and has a long history with her clients as well. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! You can schedule an appointment with just about everyone in the shop on Schedulicity - especially if you want Frederic or Corrina. Try to do the appointment online - the shop phone is always ringing and if they are all busy - it's going to voicemail. If you're lucky - Frederic made cookies or cheesecake! AND...ladies...you get what you pay for. You want a cheap hairdo - get steppin' to the chop shop. I think the prices are reasonable and I'm willing to pay what it takes for fabulous hair. I get that you're busy, but you're not that busy. Especially when you first open up. I called another amazing salon in town that stays busy, and they picked up after two rings.
