I will say that at first I encountered a glitch and was dissatisfied, planning not to return there, but when I spoke with the owner about it, he assured me my concerns would be addressed, and told me he was so certain they could help me that they would treat me for free! WOW! You can't beat that for confidence in his program or their customer service! So how could I refuse? The staff is always upbeat, the location is well-lit, airy and easy to get to. It's easy to make appointments and change them if necessary, and all the staff is very professional and accommodating. It has a friendly vibe to the place, despite all the masks due to covid, which is important to healing. My injured left hand is now actually stronger than my right hand (I'm right-handed) due to the strengthening exercises I did. So I'm a very happy customer!!!
