I received a confirmation text 2 days prior to my appointment with the psychiatrist. Appointment day comes and I get stood up. I call the office and I'm told "Dr. Davis is out today". How unprofessional!! If the doctor is out why wasn't I notified?? I was left high and dry with no remorse from the agency. I cry to the receptionist reminding her that I've waited months for this appointment just for her tell me "there's nothing that can be done besides rescheduling ". How insensitive? They lack empathy for mental health patients and they are extremely unqualified for this position. If they really cared about their patients they would have rescheduled my appointment with someone else immediately . Not make me wait months for a new one.
