However, to my surprise, when I attempted to schedule my next appointment, I found that my phone number had been blocked, and all my appointment requests were declined. I find it concerning that a business would blacklist a client simply for expressing feedback. I suspect this action was taken by the new manager. In contrast, I found the previous manager to be exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. I'm sharing this review in the hope that the owner takes notice. It's important to me that every client is treated with respect and fairness. Blocking a client for leaving a comment is not an appropriate response. Dr. Debbie Smrz actually was able to ELIMINATE my foot pain completely! Here's my story: About 14 months ago, I went to the Urgent Care Clinic barely able to walk. I was diagnosed with a severe case of plantar fasciitis. It was so painful, I could barely walk. I sought treatment at a podiatrist who promptly prescribed orthotics and stretching. Nothing helped. After 6 months, the podiatrist decided to try cortisone shots in my foot. If I rate my pain prior to the injections, I would give it a 10 on a scale of 10. After the second round of injections, my pain went from a 10/10 to about an 8/10. Better...but still AWFUL. I was no longer going to the gym, and I was spending a lot of time sitting.
