They are usually both anxious and more than ready to go. It's their home away from home. I am so grateful for Shelby and Troy. They helped me out at the last minute when another place they were scheduled to be boarded decided to close down for remodeling and didn't bother to tell me. I highly recommend these wonderful people to take care of your fur babies. Shelby texted me with updates and let me know how they were doing while I was out of state. That meant a lot to me!

We called ahead and they took us straight back. The doctor was calm and professional and we got to hold her as she crossed over. We were there less than an hour. At 3am my dog was finally seen and treated. Did not get him out there until 6am. I seriously suggest you to ask the expected wait time and add four more hours.
