I do not recommend this repair shop, especially if you're a woman. I spent a lot of money trying to get the same rattle fixed. After one of their mechanics rode in my car with me, they said I needed the front axil replaced. i took it somewhere else, and when they pulled the front axil off they said there was nothing wrong with it, so needless to say, that wouldn't have fixed the rattle either. Now i have many aftermarket parts on my car that are not as good as the originals. Please take the fish off of any of your advertisements. read more

I was from out of town they knew it. They charged me triple what it should've cost. When I return to Florida showed two separate mechanics, what they did both mechanics said they would never have done that work . they said it was like putting a Band-Aid on a gunshot wound ripped off unsatisfied they dance around their warranties too. read more

Worse place EVER! They ripped us off for thousands of dollars, and at the last diagnostic we decided to get a second opinion, and we were told there wasn't an issue, and didn't need to be repaired. read more

My friend who was in town, had to have her car towed yesterday, and we chose NLA based on their reputation with a local mechanic. She took the earliest appointment at 3pm today, but by 10am, her car had already had a preliminary check with a follow-up call. It was a simple fix for an inexpensive prices, and her car was ready to head home by 11am. read more

Buyer Beware. I realize that everyone has their own experiences with companies in the world, so this is my own. I walked in this place today to get an estimate on a lot of mechanical items, i.e. (new engine, transmission, transfer case, and so much more). It's roughly in the $25-30K range. In the first few breaths, I let them know I was shopping, as this was a semi large investment to make on my vehicle. I also let them know I had already visited the Ford dealership to obtain an estimate from them. Then this arrogant prick tells me that they are normally higher than Ford, so I would be wasting my time. He also stated that they were actually higher than most everyone around. I asked if they wanted to at least compete, and the answer was, sure, if you pay me $250 for an estimate, as you have a large list to estimate. $250 for an estimate? Wow. I don't know about what others might think, but as for me and the companies I ran, I would NEVER say that to a customer, or treat a customer like that, EVER. My job, or any employee's job, is to help the customer. As soon as I asked them if they didn't wish to compete with ANY company out there on this, another dummy said it was time for me to leave, and that I was in the wrong store! I felt like one of those people in a expensive store, and the arrogant sales person sort of suggest you're in the wrong store, because they felt you couldn't afford them. LOL! Little do these idiots know. I simply went in this dump to get an estimate, period! And this is what I got? Something very wrong with that, and as a man of my word, on the way out I let them know they were pathetic, and that I would let everyone in the community know. This I will do. Ever hear of pride before the fall? Their arrogance is terrible, and I have seen a lot of arrogance in this world. As a Christian I shouldn't be wasting my time on this, but evil needs to be weeded out. And so you know silly arrogant ones, I recorded our conversation, so don't think you can lie your way out by saying that I came in there swinging a baseball bat and acting mean and nasty. Like I said, everyone in this small town will know, eventually. Change your ways, you'll feel better, and you'll have far more customers. But I don't see this happening with you two. I wanted to add that this lousy company uses Jasper Engines and Transmissions for all their needs. I received feedback from a reputable transmission shop in Franklin that Jasper uses non-OEM parts, which is why he sees a lot of warranty work, especially on transmissions. Created an appointment online on their website. I am a brand new customer to them and simple put that I needed work on brakes and oil change. I didn't hear anything from them until 15 minutes before closing the night before my appointment wanting my VIN and tag #, which I was unable to obtain as I was out with family. The guy asked me to text it to him when I got home and also said he could answer any questions I had because I told him I thought it was odd that nobody had called me. I asked him about the shuttle that said was available and he said she actually wouldn't be in the office till 45 minutes after my appointment time, so that wasn't going to work. I texted him my VIN, my tag and several issues and questions and never got a response. I also went on the website and sent a message and finally got a call back, but was met with nothing but attitude and aggression. Because I had concerns before even having my car looked at, he felt it was best that I go ahead and cancel my appointment. I told him that I didn't mention that, and that I did not want to cancel. He then hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. This man has an attitude problem and needs help with dealing with his anger and for sure does not need to be dealing with the people of Franklin! read more

They will rip off your money in 4 seconds! I know Franklin is a town, but c'mon you can do better. I would have taken my car to another shop if I knew how they were. I should have read all the reviews here in the first place, because the ones in Google seem to be paid or made from family/friends. I'm telling you, they might "know" about cars, yet they are extremely expensive and the guy also has an attitude. It's ridiculous how much they'll charge for the initial diagnostic. Was hearing a rotating thumping or fluttering noise under the vehicle. Test drove with mechanic who said it could be the transmission. Then they said there was a 60% chance it was the front hub/wheel bearings. After spending $1,250 because I trusted their judgement it did not solve the problem. They were clueless. The only advice they could give me was bring it back to Kia. Glad I did! IT WAS A BAD TIRE. Can't believe they couldnt figure that out. Waist of time and money! read more

I called last-minute for brakes/rotors. I went and got the parts quickly and then they took me in with 1:15 minutes left in the day. They went out of their way to accommodate me and got the job done FAST. Definitely will be back. I trust them and they were very pleasant to deal with. read more

Extremely expensive. They won't tell you exactly how much the diagnostic is. Then they will just call you and tell you that you need to pay $350 for the diagnostic and you gotta pay it to have your vehicle released. read more
