The folks at Family Auto Care are TERRIFIC! I have a Mercedez Benz which can be difficult to work on as they are highly technical. Johnny however had no problem diagnosing the issues and making the necessary repairs. I am super impressed with his skills along with John and Charlton who made sure my car was running perfectly before I left the shop. These guys fixed my A/C and a bad serpentine belt during a busy holiday week. I normally would have gone to the Chrysler dealer, but the dealerships in the area turned me away because they were too busy. The staff at Family Auto Care were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I found their pricing for parts and their labor rates to be reasonable compared to others I found online. They didn't add a huge markup on the parts like some of the big chains do.
