When I walked into New Life Chiropractic, my husband had insisted that I "try this new Dr. Jeff Chiropractor guy, before you can't move at all!" I had severe immobility of my neck, which had been deteriorating since age 19 (about 38 years or so). It was an untreated whiplast injury that I believe sent me down this path of pain. I had tried another chiropractor about 6 years before, however, his style & techniques didn't do much for me. I was basically using my eyes alone to look up, down, and from side to side. My neck was too stiff and full of pain, the muslces between my shoulders were like a solid mass of "rock" and also full of constant pain. In any seeded conversation setting, I had to turn my entire body to talk to anyone not directly in front of me. I have been going to New Life for over 2 years now. Initially I went in with lower back pain and had shooting pain down my right leg. I am an avid exerciser(4-5 times a week) and the pain was preventing me from enjoying any type of work outs. I started with 4 treatments a week for the first 6 months and it relieved my pain to the point where I could enjoy exercising and also get back to being active. I continue to go 2 times a week in order to maintain the progress that I have made. An efficiently run medical office is almost unheard of, but I am certain to be seen by Dr. Jeff within minutes of my appointment time. The ladies at the front desk are warm and friendly, greeting me by my first name as I walk through the door. Dr. Jeff has only done a few adjustments, but the tingling in my left hand and arm has ceased. Going down stairs used to be very painful for me. My ability to do stairs is much improved. Miracles Happen--I park my car and hobble out to the building being careful not to bend or twist my back. I avoid stepping up the curb but take the ramp because of my sciatic pain. Dr. Jeff is a master in his field! I came to him unable to move my head left, right, up or down. I had developed my problems over several years.
