I have been seeing Dr. Beth Greene for many, many months. I show up last week with very sweaty hair and she was grossed out by it. Then she sends me the attached text today before mine and my fiancé's appointments and I have attached my responses as well. Never in my life have I been so offended by a practitioner. We don't smell of body odor, we shower or bathe regularly, and if there were complaints by patients, why are we just hearing about it now. First of all, we don't sit near other patients after this whole covid pandemic, so we must really have smelled for them to have been complaining. Second, if she's so concerned about the smells in her office, why did it take patient complaints to have her say anything. Would she not have smelled it herself and said something? She's a hack chiropractor that didn't improve either of our issues and spent less than five minutes with each of us per session, when she spent considerably longer with other patients and a review of the way she billed my insurance company fluctuated from visit to visit, when nothing different was done. I have had better success with other chiropractors in my life and only went to her because she was conveniently located next to the Market Basket and could do shopping before or after our appointments. She is very unprofessional and isn't worth your time and money. Additionally, she hurt my fiancé so bad doing her first adjustment that she was in pain for weeks and said that had never happened before, but then two weeks ago mentioned that a new client experienced the same pain that my fiancé had and wondered aloud if maybe she had done something wrong and apologized to my fiancé for having hurt her before. Her "low-force chiropractic" care is not some amazing technique that yields incredible results as she claims. It doesn't do anything to markedly change your issues and just keeps you coming back because she says it takes time to see those results. Never have either of us walked out of her office and said that was helpful. I have been saying to my fiancé that I need to find a new chiropractor because she isn't helping me. Now I have canceled both of our remaining scheduled appointments and informed Shelly, her very nice office assistant, that we will not be returning and to pass along the message to Dr. Beth ghat she can "F*ck Off!" I felt welcomed from the first time I walked in the door. The administrative staff, Julia, is super sweet and helpful. She has always helped me book appointments that work for my schedule and even helped me get in touch with a local doula service (since I was about 5 months pregnant when I started coming to New Life.) Dr. Beth also goes above and beyond for her patients. I had an initial consultation that was very informative and comprehensive. Dr. Beth checked everything and was honest about what she thought chiropractic care could help with. I began seeing Dr. Beth at 5 months pregnant due to extreme pelvic and back pain. It was so bad that it would sometimes leave me in tears and I wasn't sleeping well at all. Dr. Beth is specially trained to care for pregnant women, which eased the prior fears I had that the baby could be hurt during treatment. After visiting New Life regularly for the last 3 months I can honestly say I wish I had started sooner. I feel so much better! My pelvic pain and back pain has reduced significantly. Dr. Beth also explained to me that a woman who has chiropractic care during her pregnancy can sometimes have a better labor, because her pelvis is aligned, making it easier for the baby to pass through. I am excited to see, in about a month, how the chiropractic care effects my labor. I will definitely be continuing to see Dr. Beth for the remainder of this pregnancy and again in all future pregnancies.
