I've gone three weeks in a row to work on a few past injuries I've had (shoulder, ankle and jaw) and Tracy has been absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, explains what she is doing and uses a variety of techniques. I've had acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and gua sha done on me. They also provide insurance receipts if you have coverage with work. Normal price is $70 for acupuncture but if you buy a package deal (5/10 sessions), you can get a sweet deal. Just ask. Highly recommend. They also do massages but I haven't had one here yet.

After two sessions this week he suggested I get a massage (as I hadn't had one for a "few" years). I had a knot in my lower back that just wouldn't listen to his care. So Wednesday morning I called into their office and got in to see Keziah that afternoon. OH MY GOD!! She was awesome!!! Although Dr Fleck recommended all the massage therapists in his office, I was able to get her in short notice. It was the best deep tissue massage I ever had and she knew exactly how much pressure to apply. Where to apply it and for how long. I was able to dance my way out of the office that afternoon and still moving perfectly today. Because of Keziah I'll be able to golf on Friday with no concerns. They are also now offering new wellness classes such as yoga and Zumba. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet but the room they are offered in is absolutely amazing. Nice big windows and a rubberized floor it will be a great place to take classes. The other thing that is fantastic about Back Be Nimble is the fact you can book your appointment online. The website is easy to maneuver, you can choose your time, your therapist etc. They confirm they have received the booking request and then confirm via email the next morning (I'm usually booking in the middle of the night!). The company has changed their online booking and computer system three or four times now resulting in me having to fill out paperwork every single time I've showed up for treatment. my daughter was apparently the primary member of the account and when I had to book appointments it would show her as the patient causing confusion. my daughter and I booked a massage together a phone call that day that there was nobody to give my daughter a massage. In my mind our time should be just as valuable as their time, if this happens you should be offered some form of compensation or additional massage time similar to when you don't show up or cancel, they bill you for it. This week my daughter and I again booked a massage, we both didn't get the massage therapists we requested and again filling out the paperwork requested yet again, I had stressed that my shoulder was being problematic and I was looking for some type of deep tissue massage to relieve the tension surrounding my shoulder joint, again I mentioned it before my massage began to the massage therapist, the result was a full body massage with not a single hint of emphasis on my shoulder. I was dumbfounded when she said the massage was over and she would wait for me outside before getting up and walking out, how do you request it on paperwork and vocally and they simply ignore the area needing attention.. Just goes to show the paperwork is just there to cover legalities and not assist the patient. I got a lot out of my time there and I still do some of the same exercises at home today to stay strong and to sty fit. I had one mishap that involved the muscle stimulator machine. It went a little crazy and somehow got turned up really high. It really freaked me out because it hurt. From then on, my therapist massaged me herself - no more machines - which I really appreciated. I enjoyed my time at his clinic, I actually looked forward to my visits.
