Many other companies we looked at had large showrooms of furniture, but New Life had all the good things we wanted. They even displayed 3 complete set ups in an office setting. This showed us desk, chairs cabinets how they would really look in our individual offices. We're wanted to change the handles of a cabinet. They ordered them and came in in a week. I thought I would have to pick them up but they said we'll be over not only to drop them off but to install them I was very impressed. This includes the delivery workers professional very helpful. The showroom is very nice. They have assortment of cubicles, sitting furniture and regular office furniture. In the back behind the curtain they have a large selection of very used furniture at cheap prices. The manager assisted me and she was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a desk and drawers. The delivery fee was quite high at like $125? Something like that. Way to high in my opinion. The desk was delivered and of course my luck the top was damaged. I had told the manger about a bad experience with rc Wiley in which I had two desks delivers damaged. I was very surprised the desk was not checked as it was obviously damaged. Eddie, who delivered the desk, was sweet and offered to go back to the store to get me another one off the floor. He went right back and got me another one with no damage. Happy with my purchase. They are only open during the week which is a bummer but worth going here. Hope you have a truck or dang just rent one for the day at that delivery fee. read more

about a few weeks ago when I came into the store the owner was walking around the showroom on his cell phone. he saw me come in but didn't acknowledge me or get off the call. I shrug it off, I can wonder on my own for a bit. I came in to check out used furniture but I noticed everything was new or had to be renewed. another thing I noticed is even though the items were new, there was dust EVERYWHERE. on props, in corners, on shelves, on desks. if your at all like me, your allergies will hate this place. finally I found the used section behind a curtain. even dustier and messier back there. I could barely handle a walk-thru. but at least a warehouse worker said hello to me and asked if I needed help. I just dipped bc it was so dusty and the owner didn't seem like he wanted my business anyhow. I truly got a feeling it is bc how I look... or something was off. bad business to ignore customers..idk. read more

I called the store to make sure they had the chair I wanted in their used inventory. The person who answered had the friendliest demeanor, turned out to be the office manager. She regretted to inform me their site is managed by their corporate office and isn't updated at much as they would prefer. She invited me to see their used inventory for myself, but I told her I called to save time. "NOT A PROBLEM," she says, "Can I send you a few photos of the chairs similar to the one you were looking at? Maybe one'll be a better match!" Music to my ears. Talk about customer service. With the pictures she sent me I picked out a used high-back executive chair for $100 (retailed at $300, new!!!). When I went to pick up my chair, I was amazed by their showroom floor with all the new and refurbished items. I for sure need to come back when I start redesigning my office. I will say their warehouse with their used inventory is an absolute mess. But I supposed it's because they're constantly selling, which isn't a bad thing! read more

After checking to make sure the furniture would fit, I went back to the store to purchase the furniture. Even though I had the quoted price they would not honor the price, they wanted much more.
