Staff did not accept responsibility for their mistakes, but they were laser-focused on getting the copay. More importantly, I was sold an AFO that caused numerous problems and is useless to me. Eventually I was told that I have no recourse for getting a different orthotic device. The manager was of no help whatsoever, and my medical records do not document the numerous problems I experienced with their products and services. I wish I had never gone here.

Then after no calls I called and was told they will order my son's replacement straps for Donjoy braces. Said they should be in by the following Friday before playoffs. Called Thursday "today" before playoff games and now told it will be another week and a half. They seem annoyed by the call and rarely answer when you do call. This is not the first time and though the braces are top of the line the customer service is trash.
