Before I could even fish out my wallet from the bag the medication was already in a bag and all they needed was a payment. Mother reports the doctors, nurses and receptionists are all still lovely and while the doctors do change over the years, she is always happy with the care and attention she receives. The pharmacy is right next door for absolute convenience to fill those prescriptions. I noticed that the pharmacy shelves were rather sparsely stocked however the essential items were in store. Staff were very friendly when I filled mum's prescription.

The mean doctor man wouldn't let me see my mum because he thought that would just make me cry more, yank yank yank. It was awful. And I remember the reception ladies being mean as well and they all made me feel like I was being a baby because I had "a few stitches" in my foot. I was eight! God damn. Hopefully they have new doctors and new reception ladies. Otherwise I would never ever go there.

The prices are generally not too outrageous for a pharmacy, and the service is quick, although the staff at the front till are really less than friendly, the ones down the back who deal with scripts are really nice. I've had some excellent bargains here too, including Dr Lewinn's products for absolutely dirt cheap, and the range of makeup is much better that at other Queen Street parmacies.

I mean not outright rude or anything, but definitely not friendly, and even to call it polite is being generous. I know it must be boring working as a cashier at a pharmacy, but suck it up. The people you're serving probably also work boring jobs (this pharmacy is in town, you know), and they've probably also got hayfever or bunions or something - that's why they're here. You don't have to sympathise with every single one of them, but yawning and rolling your eyes is not helping anyone. You're not too good for this job - you know how I know? Because it's your job.

It's usually a 10 minute wait to get the prescription filled and the time goes by so quickly because I browse the shelves. They stock a good selection of hair products like brushes and hair ties along with the good old hair lice treatment which every family with young children may need to access from time to time. They have sun glasses, make-up, soaps, oral care products, first aid, health supplements and more. If you need to pick up a gift for any age group your needs might be met at this pharmacy.

So maybe you're not A&E bad, but you're not good. This is why Newmarket Day Night Pharmacy is the man. It's open 'til 11pm every night which means hypochondriacs can go and get their mysterious flu medication after dinner and not feel panicked the whole night. Also good for that emergency prescription you need filled because you're leaving the country early the next day. Other than the long opening hours, the pharmacy is pretty much like every other one. Stocks the same things and staff are pretty nice considering they're there late at night dealing with stressed sick people.
