Stopped by this place because an out of town guest wanted a daiquiri. There was a car in the drive when I turned into the parking lot and that same car was there for more than 15 minutes. The occupants and the cashier talked and talked, clearly knowing each other. A person in the car passed a purse to the cashier. It may have been empty or contained some drugs, who knows? The bag did not come back to the car and its occupants. They proceeded to talk for minutes more. After a few minutes the cashier gave the car a tab and a credit card was passed to the server. Eventually 2 drinks came through the window to the car. The car then stayed in the window for 2 more minutes. When I go to the window and expressed the frustration with the long wait and the extended conversations, the server in the video said they ordered a lot. I remarked I saw the two drinks. She said it was 3. Then she said "let me know if you want to wait longer, because I don't have to serve you"!!! Needless to say, never going back! The video I am posting is only one of 4. Just the right blend to allow you to enjoy it and not need another drink for the night. I also tried a Jell-O shot which was HUGE but so good. If you are in Lafayette, stop by! OK so I literally had to make a Yelp just so that way I can post this! The drinks at this location have always been great! With that being said, me and my husband came to Lafayette for the weekend so last night we decided to go and get a drink. We used to be regulars at this location. It's been a few years since we've been here. Well let me tell you this. This place has changed so much. It's disgusting. The customer service is horrible. If you aren't a regular I presume now then you get serviced last. The bar smells like pure bleach and Lysol, which is probably to cover up the fact that there is a wall that is soaked with water and probably has mildew on it I will save this we will never again come to this location after the condition and the customer service this place gets a one star review, what has happened! Bartenders are nice. Liquid marijuana or even eye candy is one of the two best drinks they offer! I would recommend those two drinks. Their weekday specials are awesome ! However I would avoid going through the drive they because the cups are sticky sometimes. read more

Love the daiquiris here. Been to Lafayette two years in a row and they are within walking distance of my hotel. They have specials every day except Friday and Saturday. Several choices here and you can even mix flavors. If you want to make your daiquiri a little stronger you can have them add a shot of liquor. read more

This is one of my favorite new orleans original daiquiris spots in the city. I had an issue tonight that needs to be addressed. When you are going through the drive thru you should inform the customer that you just refilled the machines, and the drinks will be mostly liquid. I had an issue, and when I made it almost home I turned around thinking it was a mistake ..
