My only concern was that after she came back from this place my dog shed hair like crazy ! For 3 months she shed hair to the point that she got few bold spots here and there. I read in the internet that dogs go through this when they are subjected to stressful or traumatizing situations, the other only other thing I can think of is the quality of the products used on my dog..... Nothing out of the routine happened to my dog that I could blame for her losing her hair....... She was not taking medication and she was not sick..... I'd been abused, and later, after finally finding a safe home, someone broke in... and I was beaten again. I don't trust easily. I bark when I feel unsafe. I protect my space fiercely. I need distance from other dogs--not because I don't care, but because I care too deeply and don't know how to show it safely. But my human understood. They walk me on a 6' lead, often shortened to 2'. They sit on the ground beside me when I'm overwhelmed. They give me time, space, and safety to choose connection. That's how I learned how to say: "If I turn sideways and offer my shoulders or my butt... you can touch me." It's not much, but it's my way of saying "I trust you." And Justine listened. On October 4, 2023, Justine became my personal walker once a week. My human told her the truth--every challenge, every warning. She had every reason to walk away. But she didn't. She stayed. She followed my signals. She gave me 15 minutes. Now we do 30-minute walks once a week. She must really love me. Then, on January 2, 2024, I met Laura--and fate stepped in again. I didn't know she worked with Justine. Now I have two amazing humans who take me out twice a week. They get me. They give me time. And I give them my trust. I could go on for hours about them but I'll leave it at they are fabulous, wonderful, caring, clean, thorough and fair. I will forever come here and have been since 2013 when I moved to London. my husband and his family have come here I believe since the 90's with their FIRST family dog. they remind me of my previous clinic I went to and worked at. it feels like a family atmosphere not just patient client relationship.

We appreciate that Greg takes the time to listen for any medical updates or special grooming requests, like what we call the "Summer Beach" cut. After each appointment, our guy always looks and smells divine. And he knows it, pretty much prancing back to the car! I want to close by acknowledging I have learned that grooming sessions are about more than "cosmetics", they are also about "quality of life". Greg has made observations and shared suggestions like how to address matting, what/where hot spots are and even when a vet appointment would be wise. I repeat, we are thankful - and we recommend!
