Had a terrible experience with this place in the Spring. In chronological and ascending-weirdness…read moreorder: 1) It was in the basement of a house, with uncarpeted stairs down (may be tough for pets to descend). Not a big deal, but something to consider. 2) The groomer's boyfriend/husband hovered over me the whole time, and he reeked of B.O. Weird enough that he'd be there at all, watching in a wife-beater, but the smell was something awful. 3) I told the groomer that my dog has long quicks and to be careful. First nail - she bit deep into the nail, and my dog yelped in pain. The dog's quicks are quite visible as she has clear nails, and I let her know in advance - STILL, she made my dog bleed all over the place. 4) In an attempt to reassure me, she said "don't worry, it happens all the time." I've never had a dog groomer cut a quick before. The fact that she does it all the time raised major red flags. I said "Okay, I think we're done" and left. A really creepy experience. My advice: go literally anywhere else.
