They asked atleast 10 times for the same documents over and over again. 3. They waited until the last min to submit to Calhfa which caused 2 week delay in my loan, 4. the information on the disclosures was wrong about 5 times. need to keep being corrected,. they kept putting wrong down payment amount and so on. If i didnt catch this, it would of caused more delays. Bottom line, I felt as if majority of problems could of been avoided by better communication, not waiting til last min to ask for documents / submit documents, and more accurate work.
