My sad story with Nikesh Patel MD in Freehold NJ It took me a long time to find a plastic surgeon doctor in my town.I had no experience with that I decide to go with TOP doctors in NJ It was my dream to correct my neck ,I was hoping to reduce excess fat on my chin My procedure was fast and Patel promise me I will have fast recovery! I had my procedure on Fri , Doctor never called me to check how I'm doing I had my next appointment only on Monday! One side of my face was totally looking scary day after ! I had severe burn..... what a disappointment! For two years after that procedure I've been going to a Nikesh Patel because he promise me to fix this problem but !!! he never did! Very disappointed . I never heard even one apology from the doctor for his work The result two years later I still have a horrible scar wishes I can't even cover !!! My experience with Dr. Patel and his assistant/office director was wonderful. Dr. Patel was patient and caring. He explained everything in detail as well as the recovery time and process. The day of the surgery he put me at ease and answered all my questions and followed up with me after the surgery. I am very happy with the outcome and the whole process. Hate my new reflection and everyday that I have to look in the mirror and see that I'm botched! It's been a year and a half ... I thought getting this body contouring procedure would improve my appearance but instead it has mutilated me and left me with very raspy, bumpy and hideous results. I have not been in a swimsuit or any tight-fitting clothes since. The worst part is that I've been on multiple consultations with other surgeons to see if it can be corrected and the majority of them say it is very difficult, if not impossible, to fix the defects that Dr. Patel left me with. Because he over-corrected me, I am left with devastating disfigurement. I am so sad that this is my reality and I write this review for others so that they can avoid the pain, suffering, depression, and waste of money this has caused me by trusting Dr. Patel with my liposuction procedure. Dr. Patel is under skilled and a fraud. Do not let his seemingly knowledgeable way of communicating fool you. I visited his office for sculptra injections but after consulting with him, decided on hip dip fat grafting. He should have turned me away and told me that he did not have experience doing this more complex surgery. Rather, he took my money and did not deliver the results; he knew he couldn't perform this procedure. After my surgery, I knew right away that I had wasted almost $10k and that Dr. Patel was beyond unskilled. During my post-op he admitted to not getting the desired outcome of my surgery and that he's a perfectionist. He has no integrity and should refund me for his inability to provide the service that I paid for. This was the worst decision that I've made in my life. I allowed an overly talkative, overly eager and unskilled person to take my money. This man does not have integrity and I warn everyone to steer clear; his over zealous to operate and take your money could cause you more than a botched surgery. read more

I recently had several complex procedures. I was very apprehensive when I first went to Dr. Patel. I wasn't sure anyone could help return my post-babies, overweight, flabby body, (exacerbated by years of yo-yo dieting) to anything close to normal. Dr. Patel and his amazing assistant, Jennifer made me feel very comfortable and were more than thorough explaining what could be done and what to expect. While being treated with respect is important to me, the most important thing is the outcome of the surgery. Not only was I happy with the results, I was surprised far beyond any expectations I had. This is a follow up to my review from 6/7/2018 Again, I do not recommend going to this facility. Almost, 9 months later, I look 100% worse than when I first went in. My eyes are still have dark circles but now along with a huge lump under my left eye and a small one under my right. It looks as if I got into a fight!! This medical facility was my 2nd choice which I regret going too. I have now gone to my first choice physician for a consultation and they have confirmed that they injections were done incorrectly. I now have Tyndall Effect and have to go through another procedure to get the fillers dissolved! I mistook this physician's cockiness for thinking he actually knew what he was doing and I was dead wrong. Again, I should have gone with my first instinct! This whole procedure has been a nightmare! Do yourself a favor, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere! I am seeing a doctor in Manhattan who actually posts photos of his clients on his website unlike this facility which should have been a red flag from the beginning. SCAMS YOU OUT OF MONEY. Would not recommend. We received an extra bill that it took multiple calls to get an answer on. We were later told they were charging us an extra $450 for anesthesia which we had already been charged for. They claim we never paid for that. In addition to this the recovery from my surgery was incredibly difficult and painful (we were given a very small window of recovery time compared to what happened) as well as having additional blood loss that no one informed us about until I had a follow up with another physician. At one point I had extreme pain and swelling we had called the office about. It took several calls for them to respond. AVOID. read more

I found Dr.Patel online, and made an appointment to get a consultation. I am 24 and have struggled with my chest size since I was a young teenager and it was something that has always made an impact on my everyday life and affected my self confidence severely. I've never had any sort of surgery before, or have even been in a hospital for stitches or anything of the sort. Dr.Patel and his staff made me feel so at ease and extremely comfortable at every step of the process. I was absolutely terrified of being put under anesthesia for the first time, and they were nothing but supportive and patient with me. When I got home the day of my surgery and saw myself in the mirror for the first time, I busted out into tears. For the first time in over ten years... I finally felt comfortable in my own body... my back pain was gone the second I opened my eyes in that hospital. Dr.Patel and his staff called/emailed and checked on my daily to see how I was doing. They were with me every step of the way for the past year for every check up appointment and were completely on top of my healing process. I saw Dr.Patel a few days ago for a final check up for my year follow up and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I told him that I would do it all again tomorrow, thats how easy the recovery was and that's how huge of an impact it made on my life.
