My son is high functioning autistic so we never know how he's going to be... especially with a doctor he's never seen before. Dr. Brett was so good with him. He even brought out a giant stuffed dog and let my son brush the dog's teeth. He put sunglasses on him so the lights wouldn't bother him as well. This was the firdt time my son didn't throw a tantrum at an appointment. Would definitely recommend Dr. Brett to anyone!!!

Our 4 year old was complaining of tooth pain so we brought him in for an emergency appointment. He…read morestill wouldn't sit for the x-rays, not liking to bite down on the block. The dental assistant seemed irritated by this and brief with us. The assistant then concluded that his six year molars were just coming in early. Then the dentist came in and said, "I am 99% sure I know what this is." He looked in my son's mouth for maybe less than 10 seconds, and was like, "Yup it's his six year molars." I had noticed there were dark spots on his molars, but since the dentist had taken a look, I assumed he knew what he was doing. He advised I give him Motrin for the pain of his six year molars coming in. Over two months later, we're back at the office for a cleaning and once again my son wouldn't sit for x-rays and, once again, they seemed irritated and short with us. The dentist then looked again in my son's mouth for 5 seconds and said he had at least one massive cavity that would need a root canal, and told us to go to a different dental practice. Fast forward, after going to another practice, it turns out he had 7 cavities! Two teeth needed caps and root canals. No six year molars. Bottom line, Dr. Dierna's practice gave us bad information based on a guess and not science. They essentially had me giving my son Motrin to mask the pain from his cavities rather than do their jobs or refer us to the place that could actually ascertain the facts. They failed to make the right choice for the patient, a child. The elapsed time it took from the day they insisted it was his six year molars coming in early to the day they said to go elsewhere for the big cavity was over two months. More than two months of delayed care only served to make his cavities grow worse and worse, and now we will never know what pain could have been prevented had we not listened to their bad advice.

I wish I read yelp reviews first because they're diametrically opposite of reviews on google maps…read more Good for cleaning and basic dentistry like fillings but really screwed up my veneers. Imagine your teeth just falling out while you're traveling. I was also charged $875 for a temporary denture that I wore for about a day while they were more concerned with cosmetic office renovations instead of fixing the real issue. I was never told that insurance would not cover the cost. I went back to my original doctor even though he's an hour away and witnessed what a real dental work looks like. Temporaries that don't fall out. I can eat without the fear of breaking a crown. A comprehensive plan for a long term solution.

All in all the office is a scam and a money grab and the dentist is a money hungry con artist who cares more about taking your cash then actually treating you medically
