We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!

Have been bringing my pup back every since and she just loves the staff and the other dogs to play with. She gets a terrific workout and naptime so when I pick her up she is all played out and just cannot wait to go back. Great place for working people who want their dogs to have a good day instead of sitting home alone. Prices are terrific but most importantly it is knowing that my pup is safe and happy and in great hands. Truly recommend this place for working dog owners or just to give your dog a play date to socialize.

Their reservation process was an easy call. I emailed vet records and was all set. When I dropped off my pup, Dani and Babs made checking in fast and were expecting me. They were receptive to my concern about my girl being a submissive dog and to make sure she didn't get bullied by other pups. I shouldn't have been worried, they were fantastic. They sent me pictures of my dog having the time of her life playing with all the other daycare pups. She made friends and had a blast for a couple of hours. The team at Puppy Luv was great and communicative. I got some great photos and videos. My girl was exhausted after her day of play. We had a multi hour drive to get to our next stop, she was passed out for an hour snoring in the back seat.

I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Our girl loves to visit and stay with Miss Nikki. And clearly all the dogs that day stay or overnight love it too! We had bad experiences in the past with boarding, but this is to believe it you have to see it. Makes me want to buck a night myself!
