"WARNING""I recommend going somewhere else do not trust this company I ordered two boats and then they call me back in a couple days saying that oh no there was the wrong picture on there but the information about it the boat and everything the description and model number was for the good boats so I don't know what type of game they're playing but it is absolutely ridiculous do not buy from here!!!! I came here before the national shut down and everything this dude was like on the phone for like 15 minutes completely didn't acknowledge me , then dude came up to me all annoyed while i was looking around I notice that the stuff they sell is like super cheap and sold 3 times the price you could get similar stuff online why even have a store if you suck at customer service? They helped me fix/upgrade my car and always know what parts im referring to even though i dont know the part names. I went to the mcallen location, they didnt have what i needed but called the harlingen location to put my stuff on hold so i could pick it up the next day. read more

Cool stuff but these guys box up floor models and sell as new - I had that happen to me with a RC Car and they charged me for the repair even though it was not working out the box. Same this happened to my buddy with a drone - he ordered one and they gave him a floor model and camera didn't work after a day of using - rep there told him they couldn't do anything for him- stay away from these guys... best thing is go in to see what and how things work and then order online - you'll get better service that way... They addressed me on google reviews: Dear customers, All the hobby products kept for display are brand new and under warranty. As per our warranty policy by any reason the product you purchase under warranty is not working then you are eligible for replacement if brought it in its original condition. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER ITEMS BRAND NEW IF EVERYONE THAT GOES IN THERE ARE HANDLING THE MERCHANDISE AND TRYING IT OUT! That's how parts end up damaged or broken. That's the problem - the store's concept of original condition is based on it being new when they get it in the store - not how the customer gets it after someone else has broken it by messing with the display and the it gets sold. If you're looking to be disrespected for supporting the American Flag or any type of law enforcement, then this is the place for you. I, however, prefer not to do business with people who conduct themselves with such loathing and hate. Today my husband and I visited the Harlingen store. I stood back and watched as the only employee there treated my husband with rudeness, passive aggressiveness, and sarcasm. I watched to see what caused this employee to treat my husband in such a way. My husband is Hispanic, as were the few patrons in the store, but the only person receiving that type of treatment was my husband. My husband addressed the employee with respect, so it wasn't anything he did. Then I realized that my Husband was wearing a face mask that depicted the American Flag with a colored stripe. I watched the entire interaction, and although this employee continued to be rude and condescending, my husband maintained professionalism.
