She kept staring at us in a way that felt judgmental and made comments that came off as insulting about our appearance. When we went to her register, she refused to help us and said, "wtf are y'all doing, go to the other one," in a very disrespectful tone. She then ignored us and kept talking to another employee instead of doing her job. No customer should be treated like that, especially kids. It made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how employees treat customers.

At one of the other locations, I have found myself leaving the store shortly after walking around, feeling overwhelmed by the clutter. Not here, it was a very enjoyable experience. I had finally found some of the highly sought-after Turkish hand towels I had been looking for. I also needed some puck lights that have a remote, for a craft project.
