The service I receive was horrible! After waiting 4 months (my truck sat the first 2 months there…read morebecause I later found out they didn't have any workers) my truck had to go to Infiniti of Memphis because they used gorilla tape to place my sensors back on the bumper instead of the adhesive that came with the sensors and parts were missing from the sensors. I was met with more excuses and disappointment as my parts weren't properly aligned on my vehicle causing overlapping and unstable parts. After the insurance company stopped paying for my rental, the owner Brandon and his wife Gena felt it necessary to mention they had to pay their workers twice for work that wasn't done right the first time and that they couldn't pay for all of the days I had my rental since they were "supposedly" done on a Saturday afternoon after Hertz closed and wasn't going to reopen till Tuesday since Monday was Labor Day. When I came to pick up my truck, parts were still missing and I still had to wait about 3 hours till Brandon returned from Infiniti because he stated I needed brackets to close the gaps between my hood and bumper. My truck came back looking like a truck from a car auction and no where near repaired. Just patched up as they blamed everyone else except their shop and the horrible job rendered. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! They're worst then shade tree mechanics.

WARNING....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF U NEED COLLISION REPAIR...... Over the years , I…read moredealt with several collision shops in the past due to accidents, and this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a span of over 30 years of accidents, and this was the only total nightmare imaginable. First off, the initial estimate was much higher than the 4 other estimates I received from reputable nationwide collision shops. However, since the accident was caused by a party that had already used them and because they initially told me it would be done within a month, I decided to give them a chance to fix it. What a mistake I would forever regret. After the month passed, I called weekly to check on the status; the answer was always, We're almost done; it will be ready next week. This went on for 4 weeks straight. It was nearly 2months before I received my car.90% of that time, they did not answer the phone, and even when I would go up there ,the owner himself would pretend like he knew nothing about the status ,not accepting responsibility as he knew nothing about what was going on at his business, continuously telling me to talk to another person,as if he was just one of the workers...When I finally got ahold of the person and was told the car was ready, it was incomplete, even though they had agreed to charge the amount the insurance adjuster had recommended. Instead, they said they would fix it for the amount the insurance company agreed to; they only fixed what they wanted to, not telling me anything. Therefore, when I went to pick up the car, there was a lot of damage, and what they promised to fix wasn't even touched. When I told them about it at the time, they started giving a list of things that caused changes to the amount they agreed to repair it for, not even letting me or the insurance company know that they weren't going to fix everything. I gave them a check for nearly 11k that the insurance company paid to have it all repaired, and they refused to fix the car back to its condition before the accident. I still have nearly $ 1,000 in damages they refused to repair. Instead of them fixing the car to align with the price the insurance adjuster said . They fixed part of it to cut costs and still get the check. They don't care anything about customers, only the check they are getting from the insurance company. They will cut corners repairing your car but charge your insurance as if it was completed. Beware, please, please avoid taking your vehicle here; otherwise, you will likely end up wasting a lot of time in a court battle with them, as I plan to. If I can help at least 1 person avoid what I went through, I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

I was recommended this auto shop because they were the oldest in Memphis. During the Winter time a…read morepiece of ice fell off of a truck and punched a hole in my grill and put a small dent in my radiator. I was concerned maybe later I would have overheating issues so I went ahead and did a repair. They told me they would be glad to take my car and that it would come back in better condition than I turned it in. My short repair kept getting time added to it. But I was patient I wanted it done right. When I got the car back the bumper was a DIFFERENT color and the car was only one year old. I noticed dents in a panel that had nothing to do with the repair around the headlight. The bumper also did not fit and when they forced it on it actually folded under the car creating a large crease. I took it back and they said they would repaint it again again and look for another bumper. But they kept telling me that sometimes this is just how bumpers are.I didn't really quite understand that because I don't believe somebody with a $100000 Mercedes would accept that kind of answer. They told me they were getting parts directly from Toyota as well. Nationwide didn't want to cover my rental because they thought the repairs were finished and instead of talking to them the lady up front asked me if I would pay the deposit on a rental car and she would reimburse me later. Then they offered me a car from their shop to drive which I thought was odd but again I just wanted it done correctly. Finally I get the car back and it's not perfect but I needed it and I took it. Gradually as the weeks went by my bumper started falling off. My neighbors even started taking pictures of it and sending it to my phone and telling me how they couldn't believe I wasn't upset. The bumper almost came completely off on one side and I had enough so I took it back to another shop and I filed a complaint with nationwide and Better Business Bureau. The new body shop told me that that many of the repairs were not correct and that they DIDNT use OEM parts.( Later a Facebook friend contact me and said he delivers them their parts and says they do not use OEM)They told me that my headlight mounts had been BROKEN and that whoever put them back in GLUED them back in. My car has now been in the shop for another month to be repainted and fixed properly and I still don't have it back 6 days before I'm supposed to be moving my whole life to Colorado. Going to Dennis hall for a broken grill piece and a radiator repair got me -2 bumpers -multiple paintings -dirt in paint -dented driver fender from tool putting in headlight - needed 2 new headlights -all new parts -60+ days of not having a car. - unbelievable stress and satisfaction. This was my 1st new car with 0 miles i have bought and my grill repair has caused so much damage that I know this car is essentially worthless now with how far it is from its original form. I really didn't have a bad problem with staff everybody was kind and courteous. People tried to remind me that it may not be the shop as much as the work of a bad mechanic. I can tell you today that that is not my problem. A very simple repair has caused the entire front end of my car to be repaired and repainted. All for a broken grill. I could not recommend this shop to anyone in the continental United States.
