I told him that I needed my money back so that I can hire a competent person and he will not comply. After my first review Ernesto wrote below my review that he reviewed his record and could not find any record of my transaction.I have a copy of a check for $400 and copy of a zell for $1000 in my possession that was paid to him. I am appalled of such business practice. I am a senior citizen and was dealt with unfairly. I learnt of them through my church brother who is a handy man. He expressed that he gave them jobs sometimes. He said they have not answered his call since the incident. These nails are difficult to remove, and occasionally, small bits of concrete come loose in the process. The crew did their best, but some cosmetic damage was unavoidable. Complaining about this would be unfair; it's simply an expected outcome in some cases. Jorge fulfilled all his promises, from handling the permitting to installing a quality product. The result was a door that didn't slide properly, had a gap in two different areas that allowed both excessive noise and dirt from the road to come through at will. A year of trying to get them to come back out and sort the issue has gone ignored. They don't pick up my calls, or return my texts. I left it a few months and they must've accidentally picked up my call, said they'd send a tech, and a week passed and they had gone back underground. Bottom line, I called another company to fix their issue - almost $1500 - they came out to quote in 24 hours and had me on the schedule the next week.
