I requested a quote on a Wednesday afternoon and heard back within hours. He came out to measure the same day, sent the invoice by email, and had the door fully installed by Friday. The installation itself took about 30 minutes, and his attention to detail was genuinely impressive. we're talking alignment down to the eighth of an inch. The shower door and glass combo looks great. He was also very thoughtful around things like which direction you wanted the hinges. On top of the speed and quality, the price came in meaningfully below what another contractor had quoted us. I recommend him highly. read more

Rafael reached out to me to offer his services. I sent him a link to the shower door that I bought and had delivered to my house to confirm if he was able to install the shower door. So, we scheduled for him to come to my house in the morning time. He arrives at my home and we exchange greetings. I give him the manual and we walk upstairs to the bathroom where the shower door is going to be installed. He walks into the bathroom, looks through each and every page of the manual (shaking his head as he turned each page). After going through every page (not saying a word btw), he turns around to face me and says "sorry I can't" and walks out the door without saying bye or explanation. My wife and mother-in-law were there sitting at the dinning table in shock at the unprofessionalism. I had never seen anything like this before. read more

A golfer hit a ball through our window. Frantically, I checked Yelp for highly recommended window and glass companies. That's how I found this company. Service was prompt and prices were lower than other companies that I called. The repair was done right on the spot and I was happy with their work. They cleaned up the area to my liking. I would highly recommend this Miami company that traveled to Delray Beach for me. Other companies wouldn't go that far. The repairman was courteous. However, he did not accept credit cards, only cash or check. Other than that, I had no problem with the work and would call them again if we need them....hopefully there won't be another time. They made and accident turn out alright. read more

I called one other shower door glass company prior to calling RF shower. I wasted a week with the previous company. When I was finally fed up I found RF shower door glass and mirror company on yelp. I called Rafael and he scheduled to come by within a reasonable time. I hired him the same day he gave me the quote. It was at least a few hundred dollars less than the previous company. And he advised me against a method the other company was going to use that would've ended up being not as safe. Overall he was easy to work with gave me the best price and finish the job in less than a week. I am very happy with his service and his work! I highly recommend using his company. In fact I'm ordering some mirrors that should be coming in the next two days. I cannot wait to see them! I'll make sure to take pictures to share. read more

Called Rafael last moment. He immediately came to my home the same day in the afternoon. Took the measurements and provided me with a quote. I was also surprised cause it was the cheapest quote for the estimates I received from several companies on Yelp. I immediately agreed for him to complete the work. Rafael and his helper are nice guys, showed up on time and installed a beautiful shower enclosure. What they do is hard work and I am happy with the final product. But when it was time to complete the installation and do the finish work, namely the caulking Rafael became very rushed. The end result being a sloppy caulking job, which detracts from the final product. And less then a desirable final outcome. I would of preferred to caulk it myself. Now I will have to redo it which will take a lot of time and effort. Not happy about that. read more
